Zeus pairs the dynamic knee support of the Hercules with the ankle control of the Hermes in one lightweight, form-fitting KAFO, 3D printed from an iPhone scan.

Dynamic, adjustable support for both the knee and the ankle in one brace. Use the KO and AFO together, or detach the AFO and use them separately.
Unloads over 40 lb from the joint, or up to 60 lb with optional MAXX Tension.
Up to 100 in-lb of torque, supporting the user dynamically through all phases of gait.
A quick-detach AFO lets the KO and AFO be used together or separately.
Common sizes weigh under 30 oz. Extensively tested, high-durability frame and KO-AFO interface.

Indications and contraindications.
- Neurological and musculoskeletal conditions affecting the knee and ankle
- Knee weakness or instability with foot drop
- Stroke or traumatic brain injury
- Multiple sclerosis
- Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease
- Post-polio syndrome
- Significant fixed knee flexion contracture (the knee cannot straighten)
- Fixed plantarflexion contracture (the ankle cannot reach neutral)
- Severe spasticity that needs a locked or rigid brace
- Hip weakness or poor balance that makes walking in the brace unsafe, even with a walking aid
- Unable to put on, adjust and release the brace safely, alone or with help
- Open wounds, ulcers or skin infection where the brace sits
- Suspected or confirmed deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the leg
- Severe peripheral vascular disease or poor circulation in the leg
- Reduced sensation in the leg, unless fitted and monitored by a clinician
- Known allergy or sensitivity to the brace materials
