These terms govern your use of the Dynamic Lab Services Inc. (“DLS”) website and clinician portal. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

The clinician portal is for verified clinics and practitioners. Registrations are reviewed and approved by DLS before portal access is granted. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Orders

Orders placed through the portal are requests for custom fabrication or product supply and are subject to our acceptance. You are responsible for ensuring order details, clinical specifications, and uploaded files are accurate and that you are authorized to submit them. Pricing, lead times, and availability may change.

Professional responsibility

DLS provides fabrication and distribution services. Clinical assessment, prescription, fitting, and patient care remain the responsibility of the ordering practitioner. Our products are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by DLS or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
